Delivery & Returns

N V Aesthetic Wholesale is an established North East/UK-based company selling a wide range of high-quality items to the UK and Ireland. Our goods are delivered via Royal Mail, or can be collected (NE21 location).

All UK orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, will be sent out via Royal Mail next day delivery. Any orders that are placed after the 3pm deadline will be sent out the following working day under the same terms.

Delivery Delays: While our aim is to process your order and deliver it as soon as possible, sometimes there can be delays within Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for delays within the delivery service.

Unfortunately we will be closed on a bank holidays. No orders will be dispatched on these days. Please ensure your order is sent before 3pm on the last working day to ensure delivery when you require.

Christmas and New Year Hours: We will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

We have a 14 days period to return or exchange your product for a full refund or exchange, however there will be no refunds or exchanges on products that have been opened or used. Mass Wholesale will refund or exchange products within 14 days of purchasing.

In the case of receiving a damaged item, we are happy to issue a replacement, please contact us if you receive a product this faulty or damaged.
